"I knew I had strep throat, so I went to UBC urgent care to get a prescription and swab. Unfortunately, they don’t have rapid testing and the results were supposed to take days, so I did the test and waited. After 2 days pass and no results, I got Rockdoc’s Cold and Flu Rescue Kit the next day, which included a rapid strep test. The test was positive, and I was able to talk with a physician virtually and pick up a prescription that afternoon. I still haven’t heard back from UBC urgent care and it’s been 3+ days now. "It was a smooth and seamless process and I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again. I ordered a Cold & Flu Rescue Kit through the RockDoc website. It was delivered to my door through Doordash within 20 minutes. Once the kit arrived, I scheduled on online appointment for 1 hour after the test arrived and someone from RockDoc walked me through how to take the tests. I ended up testing positive for the flu (Influenza A). I'm pregnant and don’t have a GP so I also booked an appointment with a Rockdoc doctor. I received a call the next day from a Rockdoc doctor who was able to give me more information regarding management of the flu in pregnancy and offered treatment."
