Rockdoc Consulting Inc. is conducting a voluntary recall of the Cold and Flu Rescue Kit as it has been determined that they are not fully licensed in accordance with Canadian Medical Device Regulations relating to product packaging.
For clarity, this nonconformance does not affect the accuracy of results, and there have been no reported adverse events related to this nonconformance; however, to ensure our services are fully in compliance with Health Canada regulations, we are recalling all unused kits.
